A new facility, Bas. + Gfl. + 5 + Att. with 70 apartments in the heart of Radijalac is under construction, on the site of the well-known former Zora.
Below the building there is an underground garage with 47 garage spaces.
Construction began in September 2020, and the completion of works is planned for the end of 2021.
