Owing to decades of experience and a correct approach to construction work, set by the founder of the company, graduate civil engineer Ivan Dulić, DG company has become one of the market leaders in quality construction work – contemporary construction company competent of applying all modern technologies and construction systems. With expert engineering staff and skilled workforce, DG offers full engineering services, planning and construction of various buildings.
Continuous monitoring of innovation in construction, knowledge of architectural and cultural traditions, the bond between architecture and construction, as well as a high level of mechanization, allow realization of projects for investors with a wide range of demands. The company was founded in 1992, it has extensive experience in construction of all types of buildings – residential, commercial and industrial. Different reconstruction, hydro and construction of specialized facilities related to the environment, are also part of our activities.

We are particularly proud of the formwork system Peri that our company has in its possession. In recent years we have invested in the purchase of the most contemporary formwork Peri Skydeck, Domino Peri, Perry Lico-pillars, Peri security fence. Peri equipment, which is one of the world’s most modern formwork allows us an efficient, fast and high quality construction for which we have become known in the region.
DG company owns the most contemporary mechanization and full equipment for fast and quality construction: The latest generation of Potain MC 85B tower crane, Cattaneo CM74S4 crane, transshipment silo for concrete 6m3, over 5,000m2 of frame and alluminium scaffolding, all tools and machines for concrete, plastering, carpentry, ceramics and reinforcing works.

The company has established a quality management system and completely fulfills the demands from the newest series of ISO 9001:2015 international standard. Environmental protection
On specific projects where the company is engaged as a contractor, it adheres to the Impact Assessment Study and other specific requirements of environmental protection in relation to the work area and the surrounding. This primarily includes preventive measures in planning and realization of construction projects, trained staff, the use of environmentally clean and energy efficient products, use of adequate mechanization and equipment. Constant monitoring and control of the construction process enable the prevention of excess.

We have completed the construction of another business-residential building in Subotica, Radijalac, at the site of the former Zora cleaning company. The over 9.000 m2 building is 6 floors high, it has business premises on the ground floor and an underground garage space under the building itself. In the fall of 2021, the construction of the 3.500m2 business-residential building at 43 and 45 Braće Radić Street was completed. The facade of the building is the result of an architectural competition and cooperation with the Intermunicipal institute for the protection of cultural monuments Subotica; the winner of the competition is a young architect Ivan Šuić. The main source of inspiration for the design of the facade are the different rhythms and proportions of the openings and ornamentation of the existing facades in this Street. Also, significant inspiration comes from the horizontal projection of the street of authentic golden-yellow clinker brick. This colour skillfully blended into the implemented solution.

The building is located on a 2500 sqm lot in the protected city core in Subotica.
The design of the facade of the business-residential building in Petefi Sandor street 3 in Subotica was a specific task, one that is rarely seen in the local architectural practice. DG Company, with the support of the Intermunicipal Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments, announced an international competition for the architectural design of the street facade. The reason for this cooperation is the position of the building which is in the protected city center of Subotica between two buildings with protected stylistic facades from the end of the 19th century - the buildings of the Gymnasium and the Polyclinic. 93 works from 17 countries arrived for the competition, and the first prize went to the work of the architectural studio PLATFORM from Belgrade. After the agreement was reached with the investor, minor corrections were made to the tender solution in order for the new facade solution to adapt to the situation on the already active construction site. DG company is the first private investor in Subotica and beyond to announce an architectural competition of an international character for the conceptual design of a facade of a building. Two lamellas were built, one on the street side that connects the Gymnasium and the Polyclinic and the other in the yard. During the design and construction of the facility, DG company met all the requirements of the Intermunicipal Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. According to the conditions of the Institute for Urbanism, the lamella on the street side followed the existing regulation line and its height corresponds to the height of the neighboring buildings.

During 2018 DG, company completed the construction of a new business-residential building in the core of the City of Subotica. The building is net 2.000sqm with 18 apartments and 5 office spaces. Bearing in mind that it is located in the very center of the City (once the north entrance to the city) and in the area under protection of the Intermunicipal Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments Subotica, special attention was payed to the appearance and position, both horizontal and vertical. Being aware of the responsibility and wider context of the future building and position that defines a whole street in the city center, a detailed analysis of the project has been implemented with the expert associates of the Intermunicipal Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments Subotica. We found that the best solution in terms of the appearance of the facade that would best fit in the environment was a combination of old and new. This was once the location of one of the oldest houses in Subotica owned by Mukić Grgo and built in romanticism style. Unfortunately, in the period between the two World wars, all of the ornaments and decorations from the facade that made this building special, have been completely ruined. With the assistance of the Intermunicipal Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments Subotica, we had access to the original old appearances of the facade with all details that we used for designing the new building. All of the original ornaments have been taken from old drawings and new corresponding plaster elements were made in a specialized facility in Novi Sad. The transition from the old to the new appearance of the facade has been achieved by using facade bricks manufactured by a well-known and recognized Belgian company Vandersanden. In the process of developing the design, a large flat surface appeared and we decided to use it to paint a mural. In cooperation with the Intermunicipal Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments Subotica and the Historical Archives of Subotica, a mural that represents a commercial for the first chocolate and candy factory in Subotica, owned by the respectable Brummer family, was chosen. Also, during the construction works, we took special care of preserving the hundred year old oak tree in the courtyard between the two buildings that is now illuminated and makes the whole complex monumental.

During 2007, 2008 and 2009, we built a complex of buildings in 3 lamellas of a gross area of over 6,000 m2 in the beautiful urban settlement Prozivka. Lamella A starts from Prvomajska Street, lamella B is angular from Prvomajska to Blaška Rajića, while lamella C is in Blaška Rajića. The most contemporary technique of performing works was used during the construction, quality certified materials were used and the buildings were built in record time.
During 2010,2011,2012, 2013 and 2014, we built a magnificent complex of buildings in the settlement of Prozivka in Subotica. A total of three lamellas with a total gross area of 20,000 m2 were built. With the construction of these facilities, Prozivka got a completely urbanized complex next to the pool along the promenade, which became a new gathering place for all inhabitants of Prozivka. The most contemporary technique of performing works was used during the construction, quality certified materials were used and the buildings were built in record time.

Building:Shopping center of 6,500 m2 - Subotica, Shopping center of 8,500 m2 - Belgrade
Dg company was the main executor of works on the reconstruction of the new Metro cash and carry in Subotica. After the construction of the distributive centers in Subotica and Belgrade, this project represents the continuation of our company's cooperation with this prominent German wholesale company. All the construction works have been realized in March and April 2015.
In one of the most beautiful parts of the city, Radijalac, DG company has built a residential complex of buildings consisting of three lamellas with a total gross area of over 10,000 m2. Considering that the buildings go out on three streets, a completely new neighborhood was formed in this case as well, which enriched and changed this part of the city. The most contemporary technique of performing works was used during the construction, quality certified materials were used and the buildings were built in record time.

On the shore of Lake Palic, there is a number of luxurious villas of unique architecture. During 2011 and in line with the general trend of development of Palic, a new villa with luxury apartments overlooking the lake and promenade was built. Due to the fact that it is located in the protected area of the Palić nature park, this representative building required special attention during the preparation of the architectural design as well as during the construction process.DG company was the main contractor. The complete work was completed in just 5 months using the most modern mechanization and technology.

Within Palville there are a total of 32 apartments, two double bedrooms, a restaurant for the guests with 70 seats, a bar, wellness, outdoor swimming pool, and 42 parking spaces. DG company was the main contractor during the construction of this hotel/apartment center. The facility was built in just five months and opened for the day of the city of Subotica on September 1, 2010. years.

Along with our long-time partner SMB, DG company has performed construction and craft works (carpentry, reinforcement, reinforced concrete, concrete, bricklaying, ceramic and other). During the construction of the swimming pools, Peri wall paneling systems were used (Skydeck and Multiflex wall paneling for plates, Rapido and Lico pillars, Domino panel wall formwork). All this enabled that the pools be built in only 5 months even though the complete construction work was done in winter period. The most contemporary materials and equipment were used. Due to winter conditions, special care was taken of the safety and health of workers. Completion of works: 1.5.2012.Sports recreation center Prozivka, useful area around 3,800 square meters was opened on May 1, 2012 and has two swimming pools. The big pool is 33,33 x 25 meters, 2 meters deep and the smaller pool is 8 x 12,5 meters and 1,2 meters deep.

During the course of works, the promenade has been completely paved and a significant part of it is green area. It is also enriched by a playground and urban movables. Together with the nearby park, the promenade is a center for relaxation and recreation of inhabitants of that part of Subotica.

In cooperation with Komgrad, DG company has performed complete construction works (reinforced concrete, carpentry, reinforcement) on the irrigation ditch Čik-Orom. On this facility, reinforced concrete channel with all necessary facilities for water transfer, rail and road way have been built.
In November 2014 DG company in consortium with SMB, Yumol, Rotel, Cim gas and Jedinstvo won the tender for works on the old, protected part of the National Theatre in Subotica. Masonry works and concreting of the last panels were all a precondition for the installation of a wood rafter that was to hold the tin roof. Besides the roof works, there were also those on finishing the façade and carpentry works.
In cooperation with Lad Group, DG company has done complete construction works on the waste water treatment plant Vrbas-Kula-water line. The central facility for water treatment in Vrbas shall aim at stopping further pollution of the Grand Backi kanal, the most polluted water flow in Europe. The treatment plant in Vrbas is the largest single investment of the EU in the region – worth 15 million euros. The central water treatment plan shall process communal and industrial waters collected from Vrbas, Kula and Crvenka in the main collector as well as residential wastewater of those connected to the sewerage system.

DG carried out complete construction works on the reconstruction and arrangement of the Blok 45 shopping center at Yuri Gagarina Street 117 in Belgrade.
In the mentioned space, an Idea Blok retail store was opened on the ground floor, a completely new concept, urban, modern and unusual - the result of a great collaboration of several of our famous artists.
On the first floor another Pepco store opened its doors where you can find everything for you and your family.
