The DG company successfully completed the project of building the most exclusive building in Subotica and its surroundings.
<p>The total area of the building is 6000 square meters, contains one office space on the street side and a total of 50 apartments.</p> <p>Parking spaces necessary for the functioning of such a complex are provided by an underground garage on two levels with over 60 parking spaces. A newly formed passage between the two blades is enriched with greenery and movable property for the needs of tenants. The connection of the so-formed passage (garden) and the street is realized by a pedestrian passage with a gate, while in the underground garage it enters directly from the street.</p> <p>The connection between the underground garage and the built lamella is realized by the staircase and elevator.</p>
