The DG company successfully completed the project of building the most exclusive building in Subotica and its surroundings.
The total area of the building is 6000 square meters, contains one office space on the street side and a total of 50 apartments.
Parking spaces necessary for the functioning of such a complex are provided by an underground garage on two levels with over 60 parking spaces. A newly formed passage between the two blades is enriched with greenery and movable property for the needs of tenants. The connection of the so-formed passage (garden) and the street is realized by a pedestrian passage with a gate, while in the underground garage it enters directly from the street.
The connection between the underground garage and the built lamella is realized by the staircase and elevator.
